Керуючись ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пп. 1 п. 19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 та пп. 11.4.1. розділу ХІ Договору №218 від 02.05.2024 року Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяг закупівлі та відповідно загальну суму договору зменшити на: 8,08 грн.
