Керуючись нормами ч.5 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", нормами чинного Господарського кодексу України та Цивільного кодексу України та п.10.3 Договору про закупівлю товарів №83 від19.03.2018 року сторони вирішили внести зміни щодо продовження строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в 2018 році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку
