Note:
1. У зв’язку із складним для нарахуванням та розрахунків арифметичним відображенням ціни за одиницю товару, за результатами аукціону торгів учасника-переможця, що відповідно становить 2621,875 грн. за 1 тону, керуючись пунктом 5 частини 4 статті 36 Закону, а саме: «узгодженої зміни ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг)» з врахуванням положень за підпунктом 4 пункту 11.1 розділу 11 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити вартість за одиницю товару, а відтак, і загальну вартість Договору. 2. Таким чином, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пунктів 1.2., 3.1. Договору та викласти їх в наступній редакції: • «1.2. Найменування (номенклатура, асортимент) товару: ДК 021:2015, код 09110000-3 - Тверде паливо; (Брикети паливні з лушпиння соняшника). Кількість товарів: 320 т. Ціна за одиницю товару: 2621,87 грн/т без ПДВ. Більш детально найменування (номенклатура, асортимент та технічні характеристики) товару відображено в Специфікації, яке є Додатком №2 до даного Договору.»; • «3.1 Ціна (сума) цього Договору становить: 838998,40 (Вісімсот тридцять вісім тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто вісім гривень 40 копійок) без ПДВ, що передбачається за рахунок коштів місцевих бюджетів з урахуванням транспортних витрат на поставку за адресами підпорядкованих НВЗ Замовника згідно Дислокації – Додаток №1 до даного договору.». 3. У зв’язку з описаними змінами, Сторони погодили Додаток №2 до Договору (Специфікацію), викласти в новій редакції (додається до даної Угоди).
