У зв’язку з тим, що зміни до договору з причини продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік оприлюднюються двічі: за першим разом оприлюднюються зміни, щодо погодження продовження строку дії договору де зазначається дата завершення дії відповідної угоди; за другим разом оприлюднюються зміни до договору вже з сумою, яка не перевищує 20% від суми договору за минулий рік, де необхідно зазначити таку саму дату завершення дії як за першим разом. Але через відсутність технічної можливості даного майданчику двічі зазначати таку саму дату завершення дії відповідної угоди, замовником було обрано пункт причини додання змін до договору «покращення якості предмета закупівлі» замість «продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік» для можливості оприлюднення змін до договору відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі»
