В зв’язку із внесенням змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 10 грудня 2019 року № 2668, керуючись положеннями п.7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції від 02.04.2020 року), Сторони домовились при визначенні ціни (тариф) електричної енергії за 1 кВт*год, застосовувати тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії на рівні 240,23 грн/МВт*год (без урахування ПДВ), встановлений у відповідності до постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 року №1329, та додати до п.1 Комерційної пропозиції до Договору наступне: « З 01.08.2020 року ціна за 1кВт*год. електричної енергії 2-го класу за цим договором становить 2,3518грн (Дві грн. 3518коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 0,39197 грн». Зменшити обсяги постачання електричної енергії на 2020 рік на 4,0 тис. кВт*год, та внести відповідні зміни щодо інформації про очікувані обсяги споживання електричної енергії на зазначений період
