Відповідно до ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» , ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та п.13.2 Договору № 130-09 від 15.04.2020 року ( далі -Договір) про таке:. З метою безперебійного постачання електричної енергії та у зв’язку з тривалим проведенням відкритих торгів з публікацією англійської мови існує необхідність у продовженні строку дії Договору про постачання електричної енергії, в зв’язку з чим пункт 1 Додаткової угоди №14, яка є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 130-09 від 15.04.2020 року викласти в наступній редакції «Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до 01.05.2021 року, а в частині виконання зобов’язань щодо поставки та оплати товару - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором».
