У зв'язку із значним коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку, Сторони домовились змінити ціну за кВт*год електричної енергії з 2,030 грн. за 1 кВт*год без урахування ПДВ на 2,2329 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ, підвищені становить 0,2029 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ (на 9,995%) з 01.08.2021 року, що знаходиться в межах збільшення коливання закупівельної ціни на ринку електричної енергії та одночасно в межах дозволеного п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» граничного розміру збільшення ціни товару.

Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги споживання на 5550 кВт/год.
2. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 16 355 грн 90 коп (шістнадцять тисяч триста п’ятдесят п’ять гривень 90 коп ), в тому числі 20% ПДВ - 2 725 грн 98 коп (дві тисячі сімсот двадцять п’ять гривень 98 коп.) та внести зміни до п.5.1.Договору, виклавши його в редакції:
«5.1. Вартість цього Договору становить — 76 212 грн. 10 коп. (сімдесят шість тисяч двісті дванадцять гривень 10 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 12 702 грн. 02 коп. (дванадцять тисяч сімсот дві гривні 02 коп.)».
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін і сторони підтверджують по ньому свої обов’язки.
