Пункт 8 частини 4, частина 5 статті 36 - продовження дії договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Дію договору про закупівлю було продовжено додатковою угодою №6 від 28.12.2019. В зв"язку з затвердженням видатків на закупівлю електроенергії у 2020 р., підлягає узгодженню обсяг та сума договору про закупівлю в межах 20 відсотків суми договору. "Покращення якості предмета закупівлі", як причина додавання змін до договору, обрана, в зв"язку з технічними обмеженнями можливості обрати правильний варіант.
