У зв'язку з недостачею бюджетних коштів для оплати послуг за Договором, Додатковою угодою №6 від 16.12.2019 року, вносимо зміни до п. 3.1. Договору , а саме п.3.1. вважати викладеним в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Вартість Послуг за цим Договором становить 110 000 грн. 00 коп. (Сто десять тисяч гривень 00 коп.), з яких:
• 4,40грн. (Чотири гривні грн. 40 коп.) сплачується за рахунок небюджетного рахунку філії (26004300184353 в філії ООУ АТ «Ощадбанк» м. Одеса МФО 328845),
• а 109 995,60 грн. (Сто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень. 60 коп.) сплачуються за бюджетні кошти з розрахункового рахунку – 35232056092195, відкритого на користь філії ПАТ «НСТУ» «Одеська РД» в Державній казначейській службі України МФО 820172.»

Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме пунктом 5 статті 36, передбачена можливість продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на наступний рік, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % на період достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2020 році. У зв'язку з чим сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору № 11/02 від 11.02.2019 року на період з 01.01.2020 року по 31.01.2020 року включно.

Note:
Додатковою угодою № 12 від 09 червня 2020 року до Договору про надання послуг № 11/02 від 11.02.2019 року сторони домовились внести наступні зміни:
"1.Додатковою угодою № 11 від 29.02.2020 року до Договору про надання послуг №11/02 від 11.02.2019 року, було продовжено дію Договору на період до 31.03.2020 року включно, у розмірі та обсягах, що не перевищують 20 % від 110 000,00 грн. (суми Договору), а саме на 17%, що становить 18 700,00 грн. (Вісімнадцять тисяч сімсот грн. 00 коп.).
Відповідно до фактичного обсягу наданих послуг, Замовником було сплачено Виконавцю кошти, у розмірі 18 332,6 грн. (Вісімнадцять тисяч триста тридцять дві гривні 60 копійок), що на 367,40 грн. (Триста шістдесят сім гривень 40 копійок) менше суми визначеної п.1 Додаткової угоди № 11 від 29.02.2020 року за послуги надані в період з 01.01.2020 року до 29.02.2020 року.
2. Вносимо зміни до Додаткової угоди № 11 від 29.02.2020 року та зменшуємо суму фінансових зобов’язань 18 700,00 грн. (Вісімнадцять тисяч сімсот грн. 00 коп.) на 367,40 грн. (Триста шістдесят сім гривень 40 копійок), що становитиме 18 332,60 грн. (Вісімнадцять тисяч триста тридцять дві гривні 60 копійок)".
