Відповідно до частини першої статті 651 ЦК України та пункту 2.1.1. Договору, та у зв`язку зі зміною курсу НБУ гривні до долара США відносно курсу, встановленого п. 2.1. Договору та виконанням оплати на умовах згідно п. 2.3.2 Договору, змінити ціну Товару відповідно суми першого та другого платежів з урахуванням курсу НБУ на 20.06.2017 року та 28.09.2017 року, відповідно. Остаточна ціна Товару становить 1 206 956, 00 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 201 159, 33 грн.

Виправлення арифметичної помилки. При оформленні Додаткової угоді №2 щодо зміни ціни Товару на день оформлення Продавцем рахунку-фактури на оплату Товару, пропорційно зміні курсу НБУ гривні до долару США (п. 2.1.1 Договору) здійснена арифметична помилка при визначенні ціни автомобілю за 1 шт. без ПДВ та суми без ПДВ, - а саме помилково вказана ціна 1 005 799,67 грн., замість вірної ціни 1 005 796, 57 грн. Сума разом з ПДВ та ПДВ визначені вірно та не змінюються.
