У зв’язку із збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку та без збільшення загальної вартості договору, Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору, а саме зменшити суму Договору та викласти п. 3.1 Договору в такій редакції: п. 3.1. Ціна Договору становить 32 987,40 грн. (Тридцять дві тисячі дев'ятсот вісімдесят сім гривень 40 копійок) без ПДВ.
