керуючись підпунктом 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", де зазначено, що умови договору можуть змінюватись у разі зміни ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови , що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми , визначеної в договорі. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.1 Додатку № 1 до Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції "1. Ціна за одиницю товару для сроживання складає : 2 клас напруги 3,54718 грн. за кВт*год без ПДВ і 4,25662 грн. за кВт*год з ПДВ."
