Note:
Відділом освіти Тростянецької міської ради було отримано листа від постачальника вхідний №1039 від 03.09.2018 р. про зміну ціни за одиницю товару на 10% у зв’язку із підвищенням ціни на товар. Разом з тим постачальником було надано довідкову інформацію Головного управління статистики у Сумській області про середні споживчі ціни, яким постачальник аргументував те, що ціна на товар підвищилися. Розглянувши звернення та керуючись п.2, ч.4, ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» тендерним комітетом було прийняте рішення про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% , за умови, що зазначена ціна не призведе до збільшення суми договору.
