1. У зв’язку з коливанням середньозваженої ціни на ринку (Експертний висновок №О-717 від 03.08.2021 р.; ДП «Оператор ринку» - https://www.oree.com.ua/index.php/indexes), сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни в Договір, а саме викласти абзац 1 пункту «Ціна» додатку 2 «Персональна комерційна пропозиція» до Договору у наступній редакції:
«Ціна за спожиту електричну енергію за 1 кВт/год без урахування тарифів на її розподіл становить 2,618160 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 0,436360 грн.»
