Note:
На підставі ч. 1 ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», керуючись п. 10.4, Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.10.1. Договору, та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його укладання та діє до «31» травня 2023 року включно, а в частині оплати та гарантійних зобов’язань – до повного їх виконання.»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди викласти додаток № 1 до Договору в новій редакції.
