1. Керуючись п.1 ч. 5 ст. 41 3акону України «Про публічні закупівлівід 25 грудня 2015р. №922-VIII, сторони домовились про зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника до договору №37 від 13.10.2022р.та зняти невикористані бюджетні зобов’язання у сумі 15 118,08 грн з ПДВ(п’ятнадцять тисяч сто вісімнадцять гривень вісім копійок).
2. У зв’язку із зміною директора Постачальника, Сторонидомовилися внести зміни до Договору №37_ від 13.10.2022р.(далі – Договір) змінивши у тексті Договору, додатку 1 до договору, додаткової угоди №1 від 30 грудня 2023р.,додаткової угоди №2 від 16 січня 2023р. до нього словаПриватне підприємство «Менада»в особі директора Балабушко Тетяна Миколаївна на Приватне підприємство «Менада»в особі директора Драгомірова Вікторія Володимирівна.
