Внесені зміни до пунктів 4, 40 та 73 договору від 25.11.2019р. №222 в частині продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань до 31 березня 2021 року. Загальна сума договору залишається без змін та становить 4748963 грн., у тому числі: 2019 рік - 2448438,22грн.; 2020 рік - 987500грн.; 2021 рік - 1313024,78грн. Об’єктивні обставини, що спричинили продовження дії договору: затримка фінансування витрат замовника за рахунок невиконання дохідної частини бюджету Балтської об’єднаної територіальної громади у зв’язку зі змінами, внесеними до Податкового кодексу України в частині звільнення від сплати податку на нерухоме майно, відмінне від земельної ділянки фізичних та юридичних осіб - власників об’єктів нежитлової нерухомості та податку на майно в частині плати за землю та надзвичайною ситуацією, зумовленою введенням обмежувальних заходів (карантину), пов’язаних з пандемією, спричиненою коронавірусом COVID-19. Сума договору, обсяг виконання робіт не змінюється.
