Сторони, домовились внести наступні зміни до договору № 16 від 16.01.2019 року та уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору в зв’язку з його пролонгацією до 29 лютого 2020 року згідно додаткової угоди №3 від 28.12.2019 р. на підставі ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: «Дія договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку».
