Керуючись рішенням Київської міської ради від 13.09.2022 р. № 5449/5490 «Про внесення змін до рішення Київської міської ради від 09 грудня 2021 року №3704/3745 «Про бюджет міста Києва на 2022 рік», відсутністю фінансування та листом Департаменту транспортної інфраструктури від 11.11.2022 №053-8271 вирішили наступне:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до розділу ІІІ «Строк виконання робіт» Договору та викласти п.3.1 в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Строк виконання робіт з 20 квітня 2018 року по 31 грудня 2023 року у відповідності з Календарним планом виконання робіт ».
2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до розділу ХІХ «Строк дії цього Договору» Договору та викласти п.19.1 в наступній редакції:
« Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання та дії до 31 грудня 2023 року, але в будь – якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором. В частині виконання гарантійних зобов’язань та відповідальності за їх невиконання умови Договору залишаються дійсними впродовж гарантійних строків».
3. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в Додаток 2 — Календарний план виконання робіт.
