Note:
Уповноваженою особою було виявлено технічну помилку у закупівлі № UA-2023-01-11-005758-a при публікації змін до Договору №6 від 11.01.2023 р., а саме помилково було опубліковано Додаткову угоду №1 від 16.01.2023 р.
У зв’язку з тим, що електронна система закупівель не дає технічної можливості виправити зазначену помилку шляхом коригування невірної та помилково опублікованої інформації на сторінці закупівлі № UA-2023-01-11-005758-a, керуючись вимогами статті 41 частини 6 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон) та з метою дотримання принципів здійснення публічних закупівель – відкритості та прозорості, необхідно прийняти рішення про визнання Додаткової угоди № 1 від 16.01.2024р. недійсною.
