Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пункту 8.3. Договору та Додаткової угоди № 3 до Договору, Сторони домовились, що вартість послуг Виконавця у період з 01 січня 2020 року до 25 лютого 2020 року складає 68 073, 60 без ПДВ, Сторони погодили збільшити ціну Договору на зазначену суму, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у Договорі.
