1) Згідно п. 11.1. Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № 33 від “19”лютого 2019 р. (далі — Договір) сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до «31»березня 2020 р. на суму 8678,40 грн. (вісім тисяч шістсот сімдесят вісім гривень 40 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ – 1446,40 грн. (одна тисяча чотириста сорок шість гривень 40 копійок), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, у відповідності до вимог ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”. 2) У зв’язку із запровадженням Національним банком України з 05 серпня 2019 року міжнародного номера банківського рахунку за стандартом IBAN, СТОРОНИ домовились: Розділ “МІСЦЕЗНАХОДЖЕННЯ ТА БАНКІВСЬКІ РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН” Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії дані Замовника викласти в новій редакції
