1. Сторони дійшли згоди про те, що Договір розподілу природного газу, укладений згідно з заявою-приєднанням № 42АВ501-8226-22 від 01.01.2023 року (надалі- Договір) є розірваним, починаючи з 01 серпня 2023 року.
2. Зобов'язання Сторін за договором, які мали бути виконані, але не виконані на момент розірвання Договору, зберігають свою обов'язковість для Сторін до іх повного виконання на тих самих умовах, які були визначені положеннями Договору.
