1. На підставі пункту 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити загальну суму договору на 9 181,00 грн. без ПДВ Після зменшення загальна сума Договору складає 820 344,00 грн. без ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Замовник сплачує Виконавцю попередню оплату, що складає 30% і складає 246 103,00 грн. без ПДВ. Виконавець повинен підтвердити використання попередньої оплати шляхом надання проміжного акту виконаних робіт (КБ-2в) протягом 2 місяців з дня отримання попередньої оплати (згідно з Постановою КМ України № 1070 від 04.12.2019 року та Положення затвердженого наказом управління освіти Миколаївської міської ради від 23.03.2020 року № 110).
