1. Підпункт 3.1 пункту 3 Договору № 23-35/24-103 від 16 січня 2024 року викласти в новій редакції 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 702 780 ,00 ( сімсот дві тисячі сімсот вісімдесят грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі: ПДВ - 117 130, 00 гри. ( сто сімнадцять тисяч сто тридцять грн. 00 коп.) (ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням вимог Податкового Кодексу України): - власні кошти – 343 780,00,00 грн. (у тому числі: ПДВ- 57 296,67 грн.) - кошти місцевого бюджету – 359 000,00 грн. (у тому числі: ПДВ- 59 833,33 грн.) 2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та Сторони підтверджують свої зобов’язання за ними. 3. Ця додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору та набуває чинності з моменту підписання. 4. Додаткова угода складена у 2-х, примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної Сторони.
