Зменшення кількості телефонних номерів та радіоточок. 25 лютого 2021 року уповноваженою особою допущено технічну помилку при підвантаженні додаткової угоди № 1, яка полягає у завантаженні додаткової угоди з невірною датою від 24 грудня 2021 року замість 24 лютого 2021 року. Тому, у зв"язку з відсутністю технічної можливості заміни завантажених документів, уповноваженою особою прийнято рішення завантажити правильну додаткову угоду повторно, разом із протоколом.
