Керуючись пунктами 12.1, 12.7.8 Договору, підпунктом 8 пункту 19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178, частиною 1 статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, частиною 1 статті 652 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони домовились збільшити загальну суму (ціну) Договору на 1 733,40 грн (одна тисяча сімсот тридцять три грн 40 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 20% – 288,90 грн (двісті вісімдесят вісім грн 90 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, та, відповідно збільшити обсяг Послуг за Договором на 6 т. Більш детально у Додатковій угоді.
