В зв`язку з коливанням ціни на ринку та керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1.2., Дод.1 Договору Сторони погодились внести зміни до Договору № 01/04/21 від 04.10.2021 р. за предметом закупівлі ДК 021:2015 код: 15510000-6 Молоко та вершки (молоко коров’яче питне ультра пастеризоване, не менше 2,6% жирності). А саме, змінити кількість молока коров’ячого питного ультрапастеризованого не менше 2,6% жирності з 4800шт на 4456шт. Сума за даним Договором змінилась в сторону зменшення та становить 106383,60грн. (Сто шість тисяч триста вісімдесят три гривні шістдесят копійок), у тому числв ПДВ – 17730,60грн (Сімнадцять тисяч сімсот тридцять гривень шістдесят копійок), що зазначено у Додатковії Угоді № 1 від 09.11.2021р.
