Згідно пункту 10.3 договору про закупівлю товарів, робіт та послуг за державні кошти № 42 від 15 березня 2018 року на період проведення процедури закупівлі одноразово провести закупівлю ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник" - 091300000-9 – Нафта і дистиляти (Бензин А-92, Бензин А-95, Дизельне паливо) Дія договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку згідно з положенням п.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»
