1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 246 739,20 грн. (двісті сорок шість тисяч сімсот тридцять дев'ять грн. 20 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі № 51-20/247 від 10.03.2020 про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
2. Викласти пункт 4.1 Договору № 51-20/247 від 10.03.2020 у такій редакції:
"Ціна цього Договору становить 1 480 435,20 грн (один мільйон чотириста вісімдесят тисяч чотириста тридцять п'ять грн. 20 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ.
