Зміна ціни за одиницю товару на соки в асортименті (сік (фасування 1 л), сік (фасування 0,2 л)), ціна підвищилася у зв’язку із зміною цінової кон’юнктури. Відповідно до п.2 ч.4 ст.36 «Про публічні закупівлі» допускається зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 % у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
