Note:
Замовник здійснює розрахунки за фактичний обсяг спожитої теплової енергії за розрахунковий період, визначений за показниками приладів обліку або на підставі наданих Замовником теплових навантажень (у разі відсутності або виходу з ладу приладів обліку), за діючим на день оплати тарифом, розмір якого регулюється уповноваженим державним органом. При цьому ціна цього Договору згідно п.3.1. не змінюється. Тариф на момент укладання Договору на теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування, постачання встановлено постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг від 30.11.2020 року №2249 з 01.12.2020 р. становить 1303,60 грн. за 1 Гкал (без ПДВ).
