З метою коригування та внесення розширеної інформації в додаткову угоду №1 від 11.06.2021р. до договору №7 від 04.03.2021 р., керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону та пунктом 11.3 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару згідно специфікації не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, викласти кориговану специфікацію до Договору у новій редакції («Додаткова угода №1 від 22.06.2021 р. до Договору №7 від 04.03.2021 р.») та оприлюднити через авторизований електронний майданчик шляхом завантаження окремих файлів на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу в порядку, передбаченому у ст. 10 Закону.
