Сторони вирішили змінити ціну за одиницю товару в сторону збільшення у межах 10 відсотків на підставі п. 3.4., п.п.11.1.-11.4, п.11.5 Договору та п.4 ч.2 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», та внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в редакції: «Сума, визначена в договорі становить 196 127,79 гривень, в тому числі ПДВ 32 687,97 грн.».
2. Додаток №1 до Договору № 40 від 09.03.2017 року «Специфікація» викласти в новій редакції.
