У зв’язку з необхідністю внесення змін до переліку об’єктів, до яких здійснюється постачання теплової енергії, Сторони погодили виключити з переліку об’єктів теплопостачання у Додатку 4 до Договору орендаря: БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ФОНД "ГІППОКРАТ-88" (ОРЕНДА) (Бригади Хартія вул., 9, Харків) особовий рахунок 10200-9930-0 та перенести площу і теплове навантаження відповідно на особовий рахунок 10200-1724-0, на підставі припинення договору оренди нерухомого майна та акту приймання-передачі до нього. 2. Викласти Додаток 4 до Договору у новій редакції.
