На підставі п.4 та п.8 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.8, 11.2 Договору, у зв’язку із закінченням дії договору купівлі-продажу природного газу № 17/198 від «_12_» _січня_ 2017 року та відміною процедури відкритих торгів на закупівлю природного газу на 2018 рік (оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів UA-2017-12-19-001943-a), Сторони погодили продовжувати дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2018 році, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в 2017 році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, та дійшли згоди про наступне: 1. Продовжити строк дії Договору № 17/198 від 12 січня 2017 року до 01.03.2018. 2. Внести зміни до п. 11.1 розділу «Строк дії договору» Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір вступає в силу з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін, та скріплення відбитками печаток Сторін і діє до 01.03.2018 року включно, а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх обов’язків». 3. Пункт 4.3 розділу «Ціна» Договору доповнити таким реченням: «Сума договору згідно цієї угоди додатково становить 182 320,00 (сто вісімдесят дві тисячі триста двадцять гривень 00 копійок), що становить 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі ПДВ: 30 383,00.
