1.Відповідно до пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 13. Договору продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі, та збільшити суму Договору на суму 15741,69грн.(п'ятнадцять тисяч сімсот сорок одна грн.62 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ (7%) 1 029,83 грн. 5. У зв’язку із зміною банківських реквізитів «Покупця», Сторони домовилися внести відповідні зміни до договору та викласти реквізити «Покупця», що містяться в Розділі 8 Договору «Юридичні адреси сторін».
