Враховуючи частину 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідноРозділу 13 п.13.8. Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 37 495,36 коп. (тридцять сім тисяч чотириста дев’яносто п’ять гривень 36 копійок).
