Керуючись п 13.2 Договору, у зв’язку зі зменшенням кошторисних призначень на 2021 рік Сторони дійшли згоди: 1.1 Зменшити ціну Договору на 10 497,65 (Десять тисяч чотириста дев’яносто сім гривень 65 копійок) у т. ч. ПДВ 1 749,61грн, ,та викласти пункт 5.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору на 2021 рік становить 186 000,00 грн. (Сто вісімдесят шість тисяч гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 31 000,00 грн. (Тридцять одна тисяча гривень 00 копійок). 1.2. Другий абзац Пункту 2.1. Розділу 2 «Предмет договору» викласти у новій редакції: «Кількість електричної енергії на 2021 рік визначено в обсязі 74 779 кВт*год. відповідно до Додатку 2 «Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії Замовнику».

Керуючись п. 2 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", згідно п. 13.2 Розділу 13 "13. Строк дії Договору та інші умови" умов Договору, Сторони домовилися змінити ціну за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год не більш ніж на 10% у звязку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості договору.
