У зв’язку із зміною цін на молоко, сметану Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в п.1.4 Договору №7 від 30.01.2018 р. на закупівлю молока, сметани відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника. Згідно технічної специфікації Молоко – 15120 кг зменшити к-ть продукції до 13963 кг сметана – 810 кг – 883,3 кг. Загальна сума договору становить 223884,00 грн. (двісті двадцять три тисячі вісімсот вісмдесят чотири гривні 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 37314,00 грн. (тридцять сім тисяч триста чотирнадцять гривень 00 коп.)
