1. У зв'язку з перейменуванням Департаменту капітального будівництва, містобудування та архітектури Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації в Департамент капітального будівництва Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору про закупівлю робіт за бюджетні кошти № 15 від 17.10.2022, замінивши в преамбулі та по тексту Договору слова «Департамент капітального будівництва, містобудування та архітектури Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації» на слова «Департамент капітального будівництва Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації».
2. Пункт 12.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції «Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня укладання договору і діє до 25 травня 2023 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання всіх умов, передбачених даним Договором».
