У зв*язку із зменьшенням ціни за електричну енергію з 01.10.2019 р. , зменшити суму Договору на 67859,88 грн. ( з ПДВ ) та викласти пункт 4.4 Договору в наступній редакції : " 4.4. Вартість електричної за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду , вказаного у пункті 1.3 цього Договору та становить : 166870,26 грн. , крім того ПДВ - 33374,05 грн. , всього з ПДВ - 200244,31 грн.
