Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі про закупівлю товару за бюджетні кошти від 11.04.2018 № ОККО-1, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме 14 844,00 грн. (чотирнадцять тисяч вісімсот сорок чотири гривні 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 2 474,00 грн. (дві тисячі чотириста сімдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок).

Об’єм дизельного палива, закупленого на початку 2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі про закупівлю товару за бюджетні кошти від 11.04.2018 № ОККО-1 становить 560 літрів.
