Note:
1. Відповідно до пункту 4 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пунктів 11.7, 11.8, 11.10 договору про надання послуг зі створення комплексної системи захисту інформації в АІС ЦБД ПН № 317 від 27 серпня 2018 р. (далі – Договір) СТОРОНИ домовились внести до Договору наступні зміни.
1.1. Пункт 10.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
"10.1 Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання СТОРОНАМИ та скріплення його двома печатками і діє до 30 червня 2019 року, але до повного виконання СТОРОНАМИ своїх зобов’язань.".
2. Інші умови Договору, не змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються без змін.

Note:
1. Відповідно до пункту 4 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пунктів 11.7, 11.8, 11.10 Договору СТОРОНИ домовились внести до Договору наступні зміни.
1.1. В пункті 5.1 Договору слова "не більше 150 календарних днів" замінити словами "не більше 200 календарних днів".
1.2. Пункт 10.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
"10.1 Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання СТОРОНАМИ та скріплення його двома печатками і діє до 31 жовтня 2019 року, але до повного виконання СТОРОНАМИ своїх зобов’язань.".
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
