Керуючись Постановою НКРЕКП від 30.09.2015 року № 2496 "Про затвердження Правил постачання природного газу" (з урахуванням глави 21 розділу II Правил постачання природного газу та п.1 глави 8 розділу XI Кодексу ГТС) та пунктом 1 частини четвертої статті 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями), сторони домовились внести зміни в пункти 1.2, 2.1, 10.1 Договору та внести зміни до пункту 3.3 Договору та доповнити розділ 11 "Інші умови" Договору пунктом 1.6.

Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIIІ (зі змінами та доповненнями), а також згідно з пунктом 11.2. розділу 11 "Інші умови" Договору №17-451 від 20.02.2018 р., відповідно до яких дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору №17-451 від 20.02.2018 р. (далі — Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2019 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
