Відповідно до статті 651 Цивільного кодексу України, статті 188 Господарського кодексу України Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести наступні зміни у Додаток В № 3287 від 04.12.2017 року і викласти п. 7.6 у такій редакції:
« Загальна вартість Додатку В становить: 1 996 452,42 (один мільйон дев'ятсот дев'яносто шість тисяч чотириста п'ятдесят дві грн. 42 коп.) гривні з урахуванням ПДВ, з яких:
1 917 031,08 (один мільйон дев'ятсот сімнадцять тисяч тридцять одна грн. 08 коп.) гривня з ПДВ – кошти підприємства;
79 421,34 (сімдесят дев'ять тисяч чотириста двадцять одна грн. 34 коп.) гривня з ПДВ – кошти Загального фонду Державного бюджету України на 2017 рік».
Інші умови Додатку В № 3287 від 04.12.2017 року залишаються без змін.

Сторони досягли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Стандартної Угоди з наземного обслуговування Додатку В 3287 від 04.12.2017 року до 31.03.2018 року включно – на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Стандартній Угоді з наземного обслуговування – Спрощена процедура
Додатку В 3287 від 04.12.2017 року. Обсяг закупівель буде визначений після затвердження Річного плану закупівель ДАП «Україна» на 2018 рік, про що Сторонами буде укладено Додаткову угоду.
Інші умови Стандартної Угоди з наземного обслуговування – Спрощена процедура Додатку В 3287 від 04.12.2017 року залишаються без змін.
