У зв’язку із встановлення тарифу на теплову енергію, вироблену з використанням альтернативних джерел енергії, для КП «Сарнитеплосервіс» рішенням виконавчого комітету Сарненської міської ради від 27.01.2022 №05, який вступає в дію з 01 лютого 2022 року, та збільшенням кошторисних призначень на оплату постачання теплової енергії на 20 000,00 (двадцять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), відповідно до рішення сесії Сарненської міської ради від 16.0.2022 №767, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни та викласти в наступній (новій) редакції пункт 1.3. Розділу 1, пункт 2.1. Розділу, пункт 3.1. Розділу 3 Договору
