У зв’язку з зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, згідно з рішенням сесії Херсонської міської ради, керуючись пунктами п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та 13.7.1., п. 5.2. цього Договору, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 5.1. та п. 5.2. цього Договору «Ціна, порядок обліку та оплата електричної енергії», а саме зменшити суму на 747 414,92 грн. (сімсот сорок сім тисяч чотириста чотирнадцять гривень 92 копійки).
