1. У зв'язку з перерозподілом фінансування, викласти п.3.1 розділу 3 «Договірна ціна», в наступній редакції: «3.1. Договірна ціна надання Робіт за цим Договором складає: 46 624 460,96грн (сорок шість мільйонів шістсот двадцять чотири тисячі чотириста шістдесят гривень 96 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 7 435 810,41 грн з них: 2021р. -242 956,08 грн. (двісті сорок дві тисячі дев'ятсот п'ятдесят шість гривень 08коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 40 492,68 грн.; 2022р. -1261624,45 грн. (один мільйон двісті шістдесят одна тисяча шістсот двадцять чотири гривні 45 коп. ) у т.ч. ПДВ - 210 270,74 грн ; 2023р. - 13 464 816,55 грн ( тринадцять мільйонів чотириста шістдесят чотири тисячі вісімсот шістнадцять грн., 55 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 2 244 136,09 грн 2024р. - 31 655 063,88 грн ( тридцять один мільйон шістсот п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч шістдесят три гривні 88 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 4 940 910,90 грн. 2. Додаток № 3 «Графік виконання робіт» та Додаток №4 «План фінансування будівництва» пункту 15 «Додатки до договору» затвердити в новій редакції, додаються. 3. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання і діє протягом дії договору № ДІБВ-1 від 25.02.2021р 4. Додаткову угоду складено українською мовою у двох примірниках - по одному для кожної сторони, яка є невід'ємною частиною договору № ДІБВ-1 від 25.02.2021р. 5. Всі інші умови вищезазначеного договору залишаються без змін і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання. 6. Невід* ємною частиною цієї додаткової угоди є в новій редакції: Додаток №3 «Графік виконання робіт»; м. Запоріжжя Додаток №4 «План фінансування будівництва»
