1. У зв'язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі керуючись п.1 ч.4. ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника Сторони погодилися внести зміни до Договору та зменшити ціну договору на 250 000,99 грн. (Двісті п’ятдесят тисяч гривень 99 коп.). Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п. 7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-УІІІ від 25.12.2015, враховуючи прийняття постанови НКРЕКП від 04.11.2020 № 1998, яка набирає чинності з 01.12.2020, якою збільшено розмір тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, який є складовою ціни на електричну енергію, що поставляється за Договором, Сторони дійшли до згоди внести зміни в п. 2.З., 5.2., Додаток 2, Додаток 3 до Договору, виклавши їх в новій редакції: «2.3. Очікуваний загальний обсяг споживання електричної енергії складає 953549 кВт/год (Додаток 3 до цього Договору)». «5.2. Загальна ціна цього Договору складає: 1 556 682 гривень 50 копійок без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 311 336 гривень 50 копійок, разом загальна ціна цього Договору становить 1 868 019 гривень 00 копійок з ПДВ.»

Загальна ціна цього Договору складає: 1 868 015 грн. 27 коп. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 373 603 грн. 05 коп., разом загальна ціна цього Договору становить 2 241 618 грн. 32 коп. з ПДВ».
